New students at one of Gothenburg’s universities taking part in the nollning – “zeroing” or being made to feel that one is nothing – which is part of the student body’s induction process. These girls are wearing signs that tell passers-by their names and that they are science students and Nollas (“0:a”). They are busking and begging money – perhaps for a drinking party later in the day.
On the first day of September 2014 this website will celebrate it’s 2nd birthday. To celebrate I'd like to publish a book called My Gothenburg Days / Dagar i mitt Göteborg. For more info, click on the News tab in the menu line at the top of the page.
