If the title makes you think of “sleeping on the job” – it’s intentional. I realise this grossly unfair. These construction workers are working precariously in sub-zero temperatures to make sure the concrete beams of the new market hall at Vågmästareplatsen fit correctly.
But, they’re also kneeling. And they’re on the job!
